Moxie had everything from regular black coffee to single-origin pour overs to specialty coffee drinks. There is something for all types of coffee drinkers at Moxie! The first thing I noticed walking up was the smell of roasting coffee beans. I quickly figured out why this is a local favorite. I had an Ethiopian pour-over with a double espresso on the side. Both were fantastic! Moxie is definitely a re-visit for this out-of-towner!

Moxie's great! I've been in a few times and my experience is always a good one. Amazing coffee and pastries. Staff is super friendly and definitely know their stuff. One of the things important to me, though, is that I noticed the lack of diversity within their staff. I wouldn't knock down their rating for this, but I must admit, out of all the coffee shops I’ve been to around the valley, Moxie is the one that has the least diverse staff. Just something I’ve noticed. In sum: cute and ample space, good WiFi, friendly and knowledgeable staff if not diverse, and excellent coffee.

Moxie Coffee Co. is a gem! The coffee is smooth, rich, and expertly brewed, and the staff is always welcoming and knowledgeable. Whether you're grabbing a quick espresso or enjoying a specialty latte, the quality is unmatched. The cozy atmosphere and delicious pastries make it the perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend!

It's rare to find a legit 5 star coffeeshop with as much traveling as I do. Chewy, one of the baristas I talked to was great to chat with and talk coffee. The Pink Bourbon pour-over is a pricey cup, but well worth the experience. Half sweet vanilla oat latte is . Next time I'll dive into something black. Thanks for a great coffee break while I was on the road!

I recently checked out Moxie Coffee Co., and it instantly earned a spot on my short list of favorite coffee shops in Phoenix. Tucked within a sleek apartment complex in the Biltmore area, it feels like one of those hidden gems you’re almost tempted to keep to yourself. The aesthetic is everything—beautifully minimal with crisp white walls, low-profile furniture, and thoughtfully placed greenery that brings just the right touch of life to the space. It’s quiet, calming, and designed to make you breathe a little slower—a welcome contrast to the usual hustle of city coffee spots. The menu keeps it simple (which I love), but every detail feels intentional. I had the Salted Caramel Latte with oat milk, and it was absolutely spot on—smooth, rich, and just sweet enough. And the browned butter chocolate chip cookie? Unreal. Gooey, golden, and totally worth the trip on its own. Whether you’re catching up with friends, getting lost in a good book (or writing one), or knocking out some work, Moxie is the kind of place that makes you feel like you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.

Beautiful coffee shop with a small selection of excellent baked goods and coffee. This was our best coffee experience in Phoenix after a week of being here. Coffee was strong without being bitter. Coffee cake and chocolate croissant were also the best baked goods we had here as well! I got a cafe latte with oat milk and it was absolutely delicious. This is a great place, the croissant and coffee cake were a perfect start of the day for my wife, myself, and my daughter. Service was friendly and the interior space with high ceilings is beautiful. Even the plates and coffee mugs are heavy in a good way.

We always have a great experience at Moxie! Matt and the entire team are very friendly, and will help suggest drinks if you can't decide on your own. The cardamom buns......that's all that needs to be said.
